What is El Grill?
It started with a pot of beans that refuses to be rushed, a grill that marks the chicken honestly, and a promise that dinner can still travel.
We cook the black bean stew. We grill the chicken. We pack the trays you see: rice, toasted cassava, collards, orange, fries, sausage. The way they belong beside the main.
